CSDM Data Foundation insights dashboard in Service Graph Workspace

Access the CSDM Data Foundation insights dashboard in Service Graph Workspace to see key CSDM indicators which can help you get the full benefit from your ServiceNow AI Platform products.

Access

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Graph Workspace.
2. In the navigation panel, select the Insights icon.
3. On the Insights page navigation pane, select CSDM Data Foundation.

Role required: sn_cmdb_admin, app_service_admin, app_service_user, asset, cmdb_read, itil_admin, portfolio_admin, service_viewer, or technology_service_owner
