    • To merge the duplicate knowledge articles, activate Now Assist skills for merging the duplicate articles. Once configured, these skills enable the system to merge duplicate articles effectively, ensuring consistent and streamlined content management.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Skills > Platform > knowledge.
    2. Select the Merge duplicate articles to activate or deactivate the skill.

    Result

    Verify that the skills display an Active or Deactivated status based on your selection. Once activated, you can merge duplicate articles.
