The ITOM MCP Server enables seamless integration with your ServiceNow instance, allowing you to connect to and manage alerts efficiently. This capability extends to leveraging any third-party AI tool such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others, to retrieve information, perform analysis, investigate, and access additional skills to streamline your workflow.
