PSDS Foundation enables baseline AI capabilities to be available within Public Sector Digital Services in alignment with ServiceNow’s product tier packaging approach.
This application supports entitlement‑based access to standard, out‑of‑the‑box AI features provided by PSDS and the ServiceNow platform. Availability of specific AI capabilities depends on the customer’s licensed tier and applicable entitlements.
