    • Lead Management is a net new application being released as part of the Sales and Order Management suite. It allows customers to store, manage, and track prospective customer information. Sales agents can record all interactions with customers during the lead nurturing phase. When significant interest is detected, the application enables sales agents to convert leads into customer records and opportunities.
    • The Lead Management data model plugin includes all the tables required for storing and organizing the information related to leads or prospective customers.
