Data center infrastructure rack allocation

Data center infrastructure allocation reserves rack unit space in a data center based on the requirements specified in a change request and the placement policies that you have configured.

Data center infrastructure allocation evaluates racks in the target data center against the requirements in the change request and against the placement policies you have configured. The infrastructure then reserves rack unit space in the most suitable rack.
