Activating application
You can activate the Learning from the ServiceNow store. This application includes demo data and activates related plugins if they aren’t already active.
Request apps on the Store
Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.
Licensing
Learning leverages the new Talent Development licensing module. This licensing feature allows registered ServiceNow applications to grant users licenses for the apps based on employee profile and other additional criteria.
Configuring data
Learning comes with optional demo data.

Using Learning in Employee Center
Use Learning to get a better understanding of your learnings. Act on items that need immediate attention, keep yourself up to date on upcoming content items, courses, and so on.

Skills Intelligence integration with Learning
Learning integrates Skills Intelligence to skill based recommendations for a learner. Learning admins can add skills to a learning course by searching and selecting skills using the skills Intelligent widget.
