The Generative AI Controller application (sn.generative.ai) is automatically installed with ServiceNow AI applications.

## Installation requirements

You must be on Vancouver patch 2 or later.

Generative AI Controller is included as a dependency for all ServiceNow AI applications, such as ServiceNow Otto for IT Service Management (ITSM) or ITSM - Foundation, Advanced, or Prime. You can install ServiceNow AI applications from the AI Admin Hub console or directly from the ServiceNow Store.
