Access the legacy Portfolio workbench

    • When you access the portfolio workbench, the dashboard displays a list of all the portfolios.

    Before you begin

    Role required: it_portfolio_manager

    Procedure

    1. Access the portfolio workbench in one of these ways
      • Click the Portfolio Workbench related link on the Portfolio form.
      • Navigate to All > Project > Portfolios > Workbench
    2. Click the configuration icon (Configuration icon) and select the colors for projects, tasks, portfolios, and so on.
      The workbench uses these colors to display the items in the portfolio in the Gantt chart in timeline view.

    3. Click the portfolio you want to open.
