Upgrade multiple agents in an instance

    • When performing selective upgrade of an agent in an instance, you can select multiple instances to upgrade at once.

    Before you begin

    Supported Operating Systems: Windows and Linux.

    ACC installs will need to access this URL: https://install.service-now.com/.

    Role required: agent_cliehnt_collector_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Agent Client Collector > Agents.
    2. Select the check box next to the agents that you want to upgrade.
      You can select up to 20 agents.
    3. In the Actions on selected rows... box, select Upgrade agent.
    4. In the confirmation dialog box, select Upgrade.
