Delete an incident
If you no longer need incident information, you can delete the incident. This action deletes the incident both from the ServiceNow database and from the Incident [incident] table.
Before you begin
Role required: agent_workspace_user or admin
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- From the list, click .
- Open the incident record that you want to delete.

Click the more actions icon
and then click Delete.
- In the Confirmation dialog box, click OK.
