Delete an incident

  • If you no longer need incident information, you can delete the incident. This action deletes the incident both from the ServiceNow database and from the Incident [incident] table.

    Before you begin

    Role required: agent_workspace_user or admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workspace Experience > Workspaces > Agent Workspace Home.
    2. From the list, click Incidents > Open.
    3. Open the incident record that you want to delete.
    4. Click the more actions icon More actions icon and then click Delete.
    5. In the Confirmation dialog box, click OK.
