Delete a problem
If you no longer need problem information, you can delete the problem. This action deletes the problem both from the ServiceNow database and from the Problem table.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- From the list, click .
- Open the problem record that you want to delete.

Click the more actions icon (
) and then click Delete.
- In the Confirmation dialog box, click OK.
