Delete a problem

  • If you no longer need problem information, you can delete the problem. This action deletes the problem both from the ServiceNow database and from the Problem table.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workspace Experience > Workspaces > Agent Workspace Home.
    2. From the list, click Problem > Open.
    3. Open the problem record that you want to delete.
    4. Click the more actions icon (More actions icon) and then click Delete.
    5. In the Confirmation dialog box, click OK.
