  • The administration cards provide administrators with the capability to monitor and manage applications, enabling them to add, enable, or disable as necessary. Additionally, it offers insights such as the number of policies applied for compliance, list of DEX users and DEX administrators information, metric rule lists, and devices with Agent Client Collector installed for data analysis.

    Cards Description
    Application and Device Health
    Managing applications

    Number of application that are currently being monitored.

    Policies

    Number of policies applied for the application.

    Metric rules List of DEX metric rules that generate alerts based on conditions and metrics that are defined.
    Users

    Number of users who have access to DEX users, applications and device pages.

    DEX Administrators

    Number of users who have access to the DEX administration pages.

    Agent health

    Number of user devices on which Agent Client Collector is installed.

    Agent health also displays the number of agents that are up and the number that are down.

    Desktop assistant
    Usage metrics Information on the devices' connection status, login status, and the current running version. For more information, see View Desktop Assistant usage metrics.
