Devices list
The Device page provides information on the device, its assigned user, last login, matching assignments, status, active alerts, and incidents.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Device | Actual physical or virtual hardware, such as a laptop or mobile device. |
| Assigned to | Name of the person to whom the device is assigned. When the user is not a ServiceNow user, the name appears as "-". |
| Last logged in | Name of the person who had last logged in to the device. When the user is not a ServiceNow user, the name appears as "-". |
| Matches assigned to | Indicates whether the device that the user is using to connect to DEX is assigned to the user's name. Note: The field displays Yes when the user is the owner of the device. For shared devices,
Yes is displayed as the value only when the user is the owner of the device. |
| Device status | Current status of the device such as Up, Down, or Unknown. |
| Alerts | Total count of active alerts for the device. |
| Incidents | Total count of active incidents for the device. |
