    With DEX Application and Device Health, you have the capability to accumulate user experience data and performance metrics. These metrics are meticulously tracked and aggregated over time, spanning different levels such as user, application, devices and location.

    Application and Device Health offers a range of features and capabilities that support DEX management, including:
    • Application Management: Monitor the performance and security of installed and web/SaaS applications on users' devices.
    • User Management: Monitor user activity, as well as identify and track active and impacted users.
    • Device Management: Monitor the performance and security of desktops and laptops across the organization.
