DEX Administration page

  • The Administration page is a crucial component of the DEX Application and Device Health, providing administrators with essential tools to manage and monitor the system.

    To access the Administration page, navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the Administration icon (The Administration icon.).

    Note:
    To view the Administration tab, you need to have the sn_dex.admin role.

    The Administration page displays cards for managing applications, policies, metric rules, active users list, number of administrators, agent health, and usage metrics.

    Monitor and manage applications. Check application policies, user activity, metric rules, and administrative privileges via Policies, Users, and Administrators cards. Track Agent Client Collector installations in Agent Health. For more information on each card, see Administration cards.
