    • The Home page displays information on total number of alerts, impacted users, active users, active devices, end-users world map and a dedicated alerts section to provide details of the application alerts.

    To access the Home page, navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace. The Home page icon (The Home icon that displays the Home page.) is selected by default and you can view the Home page.

    Note:
    The graphs display the latest data from the last 2 hours.

    Note:
    The active users are the DEX application users and may or may not be ServiceNow registered users.

    End-Users

    The End-Users world map provides information about users, allowing you to narrow down your search by selecting the country, state, and city. Eventually, you can focus on users in a particular location, accessing a detailed user list specific to that area.

    Application alerts

    The Application alerts section provides details such as the application name, its type (installed or web/SaaS), the number of alerts associated with the application, and the count of impacted users.
