  • Access the Device page to obtain detailed information on each device, including user assignment status, last login timestamp, matching assignments, device status, active alerts, and incidents, enabling comprehensive device management and improved operational efficiency.

    To access the Devices page, navigate to Self Service > Workspace Experience > Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the Devices icon (The Devices icon.).

    To refine your search based on devices, make use of the Devices filter. To see only active devices, enable the Show active devices only toggle switch (Use the toggle switch to activate monitoring for the application.). Disabling the switch displays all devices.

    The Device page provides information on the device, its assigned user, last login, matching assignments, status, active alerts, and incidents.

    Note:
    Selecting a device takes you to its detailed page. Similarly, selecting a device on the user details page leads you to specific information about that chosen device. For more details on a user's device, see User details page and related subtopics.
