    • Get an overview of the installed or the web/SaaS application that the user is engaged to, the health of the device using which the user is connected to the application, the processes running in the user's device, application metrics, user's network configuration, crucial information regarding user access details, and custom queries to access operating system information using SQL.

    Note:
    The Device drop-down lists all the devices that the user used to connect to the application. The Up and Down options in the menu categorize devices based on whether they are currently operational or offline. Select Computer details to access comprehensive information about the device, including the asset tag, serial number, model ID, manufacturer, and configuration details of connected components such as the operating system, OS domain, DNS domain, RAM, CPU manufacturer, speed, and count.
