Disable application monitoring

    • Disable the monitoring of application in situations where monitoring is causing performance issues or interfering with the functionality of the application.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the DEX plugin [sn_dex] is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the DEX Administration icon (The DEX Administration icon.).
    2. Select the Manage applications card.
      The list of monitored application appears.
    3. Select the check box adjacent to the application name you wish to disable.
    4. Select the Actions drop-down list.
    5. Select Turn off monitoring.
      The monitoring of the application is disabled.
