Edit application details

  • Edit various details about the application, such as its name, publisher, and support group.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the DEX plugin [sn_dex] is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the DEX Administration icon (The DEX Administration icon.).
    2. Select the Manage applications card.
      The list of monitored application appears.
    3. Select the application name whose details you want to modify.
      The Edit Application form appears.
    4. On the form, edit the required fields.
      For more information on each field, see Custom application form.
    5. Select Save.

    Result

    Application details are updated.
