Enable notifications

    • Stay informed and engaged by receiving timely updates and notifications about important events and activities within the system.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex_desktop.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Desktop Assistant > Configuration > Application.

      The Desktop Assistant page that provides options to modify your home page title or brief description, as well as to activate notifications and the chat icon.

    2. On the Desktop Assistant page, select Notifications Enabled.
    3. Select Update.

    Result

    The notifications bell icon (The Notifications bell icon) appears on the Desktop Assistant header.
