Enable Virtual Agent or chat
Enable Virtual Agent so that you can find solutions to your inquiries quickly and seamlessly, without having to wait on hold or speak to a representative over the phone.
Before you begin
Ensure you have installed the Glide Virtual Agent plugin [com.glide.cs.chatbot] and the plugin is active.
Role required: sn_dex_desktop.admin
Procedure
Result
The virtual agent or chat icon () appears on the Desktop Assistant header.
To open the chat window, select the virtual agent or chat icon ().
The chat window opens.
