With features such as application and user navigation, trend analysis, and other useful metrics, the DEX Application and Device Health enables you to identify the root cause of an issue, rather than just treating the symptoms.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the DEX plugin [sn_dex] is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.user

    Procedure

    Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

    Result

    The Home page icon (The Home icon that displays the Home page.) is selected by default. For more information, see Home page cards.
