User applications

View essential details for managing applications such as name, version, type, daily usage, and the last access date and time.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the application.
Version	Application version for compatibility and updates.
Type	Type of the application such as installed or web/SaaS.
Todays usage	Duration of application usage on a specific device within a given day. Knowing the usage of an application per day can be useful for several reasons. For example, it can help your organization monitor the productivity of the end-users, assess the popularity of an application, identify potential performance issues with the application or the system it runs on, and make informed decisions about software licensing and resource allocation.
Last accessed time	Date/time of the most recent access of the application. Knowing when an application was last accessed can help identify potential security risks or unauthorized access to an application. It can also provide insights into the performance of the application. If an application hasn't been accessed in a long time, it could indicate that it is no longer needed, users are not using it effectively, or users are experiencing issues with it.
