  • The health of a device includes critical device specifics like type, name, OS, model, location, CPU, alongside metrics such as device/battery health, last 24-hour device events, OS details, incident and alert details (numbers, descriptions, ownership, timestamps). Monitoring and managing these aspects ensure optimal device performance and timely resolution of any issues.

Some of the crucial information that the Health page offers are:
Table 1. User device health — Overview
    Field Description
Type Category of the device, such as laptop or desktop computer.
Name Unique name of the device.
Model ID Unique identifier assigned to a specific model of a device for internal tracking, system recognition, or management purposes.
CPU Type of CPU or processor user in the device, such as single-core, dual-core, Quad-core, Hexa-core, Octa-core, and Deca-core processors.
RAM RAM capacity of the device.
Operating system OS that manages and controls the device's hardware and enables the execution of applications, such as Windows or macOS.

Location Physical place where the device is currently located, indicating its position or network address.
Last restarted Most recent time the device was rebooted or restarted.
    Device health
Metric Name of the metric used to evaluate specific aspects of a device. Device health is typically measured using metrics such system uptime, outstanding patches, pending software update, the last blue/black screen of death, and application crashes.
    Device events
Timeline chart Illustration of events generated by devices within the past 24 hours according to your local timezone.

The device events of a device can be measured using metrics such as event frequency, event duration, event occurrence patterns, event reliability, and event impact on system performance.

Choosing any event provides you with the event details.
