Users list

The users page provides detailed insights into a user's profile, including alert counts, device information, and device locations, enabling efficient monitoring and issue identification.

Field	Description
User	List of all ServiceNow registered or non-registered users, or active users or it can display impacted users based on the option you select in the Status filter.
Alerts	Total count of alerts for the user.
Device	Digital devices like laptops and desktops that users most recently used.
Location	Location of the device that the user most recently used.
