    Before you begin

    Ensure that both the DEX Desktop Assistant plugin [sn_dex_desktop] plugin and the Desktop Assistant application have been installed. For more information, see Install DEX Desktop Assistant and Download and install Desktop Assistant.

    Role required: sn_dex_desktop.admin

    Procedure

    Navigate to Desktop Assistant > Usage metrics.
    The Desktop Assistant usage metrics that gives insights into the performance and status of user devices or systems.
    Note:
    Data pertaining to any user who remains inactive for 15 days is not displayed on the dashboard. For information on each cards, see Desktop Assistant usage metrics.
