View the details of a user device

    • View the health of a device to get an overview of its status and identify any potential issues. You can use this information to optimize the device's performance and ensure that it continues to function efficiently.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the DEX plugin [sn_dex] is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.user or ITIL

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the Users icon (The Users icon.).
    2. Select the user name whose device health information you want to view.
    3. From the Device drop-down list, select the device for which you want to get details.
