Web/SaaS application — Users section

The user form captures data regarding the user, latest logged in device and location of the device, as well as the date and time of the last access to the application by the user.

Table 1. Users and application usage

Field	Description
Name	Active user who is connected to DEX using their devices.
Last logged in device	Digital devices like laptops and desktops that users most recently utilized to access the application.
Last logged in location	The geographical position or physical location of the device where the user most recently accessed the application. Note: The device location is important in the event of an outage or emergency situation. When there is an outage or emergency, it is important to be able to quickly locate affected devices and users to provide assistance and support. Device location data can be used to identify the extent and severity of the outage, prioritize restoration efforts, and direct resources to the affected areas.
App last accessed	Date and time when the application was last accessed by the user with respect to a device. Note: User can access the application using different devices. The App last accessed field displays the date and time when user accessed the application.
