Activate Digital Portfolio Management

    Role required: sn_dpm.dpm_admin

    About this task

    When you install the Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) application from the ServiceNow Store, it automatically installs the necessary plugins. For a list of other application plugins that you must install to surface other application data in DPM, see Digital Portfolio Management related applications and data sources.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to System Application > All Available Applications > All.
    2. Find the plugin.
      Use the filter criteria and search bar to search by name or by ID. If you can't find the plugin you want, see Request a plugin.
    3. Select Install, and then in the Activate Plugin dialog box, select Activate.
