  • List modules in Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) provide information that may or may not be in personal portfolios or enterprise portfolios. You don't have to own solutions to view or create list modules.

The list module in the DPM Workspace includes two tabs - Lists and My Lists. The following categories are in the Lists tab, each with the options of Owned by me and All.
    • Services
    • Offerings
    • Business applications
    • Application services
    • Demands
    • Projects
    • Contracts

When you select All for a given category, you see all the records for that category, even if you don't own them. Like any list of records, you can sort, filter, and change the columns in view. You can also add them to your own personal list, called My Lists.

Create a personal list by adding any records that interest you, like service offerings, roadmaps, projects, demands, ideas, contracts, incidents, team members, or teams. When you create a list, you can start it from an existing list or create your own list. After you create a list, you see them in the My Lists tab in the list module. After you create more than one list, you can select Reorder to help you organize your lists.
