View active and inactive participants in the conference call

  • You can view the participant status in an active conference call.

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil, itil_admin, or admin

    Procedure

    1. Open ITSM Mobile Agent app.
    2. In My work tab, tap See All.
      My work.
    3. Tap the incident record you want to work on.
    4. Tap Related > Incident tasks.

    5. Tap on the incident task record.
    6. Tap Collaborate > Conference calls > Active.
    7. Tap on the conference call.
    8. Do one of the following:
      Table 1. View participant status
      Option Action
      Active Tap Active to view the active participants
      Inactive Tap Inactive to view the inactive participants
