Activate Performance Analytics jobs for ITSM Success Dashboard indicators

    • Activate the Performance Analytics (PA) jobs to collect daily and historical data for the ITSM Success Dashboard indicators.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Success Dashboard > Getting Started > Success Dashboard > Performance Analytics (PA) jobs.
    2. Select Activate PA jobs.
    3. Activate the scheduled jobs by selecting the Active check box corresponding to the job.
    4. To run the scheduled jobs for historical data collection:
      1. Navigate to the required historical data collection job.
      2. Select Execute Now to see the past 60 days data in the dashboard.
      Note:
      The number of days for which the data has been collected can be customized.
