Create a KPI category and map with the operational dashboard to view the performance of the ITSM processes in your organization.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_sd.success_dashboard_admin
Procedure

Navigate to .

Select Review and configure.

Select Add new tab.

On the form, fill in the fields.

Unique name of the dashboard. |

Dashboard type of the new KPI category that is to be associated. |

Order of the dashboard. |
| Service group |
The specific service group the new dashboard belong to. |

Result
The new dashboard appears on the Operational success dashboard.
