Create an operational success dashboard

  • Create a KPI category and map with the operational dashboard to view the performance of the ITSM processes in your organization.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_sd.success_dashboard_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Success Dashboard > Getting Started > Operational Success > Operational Success: Tabs and dashboard.
    2. Select Review and configure.
    3. Select Add new tab.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.
      Table 1. Add new tab
      Field Description
      Tab name Unique name of the dashboard.
      Mapped Dashboard Dashboard type of the new KPI category that is to be associated.
      Order Order of the dashboard.
      Service group The specific service group the new dashboard belong to.
      Add new tab displaying the required parameters.
    5. Select Save.

    Result

    The new dashboard appears on the Operational success dashboard.
