    • Modify the currency code for ITSM Success Dashboard indicators.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_sd.success_dashboard_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Success Dashboard > Getting Started.
    2. On the Configure System properties card, select Configure Properties For ITSM.
    3. Select sn_sd.success_dashboard_currency.
      If a message appears indicating that you need to change to the Success Dashboard Core application, select the word here in the message
    4. Modify the Value field, enter your desired currency code.
    5. Select Update.
