    • Set the fulfillment automation level of catalog items from any Service group that are fulfilled without any manual intervention to Fully-automated tracking of the requested items with an end-to-end automated fulfilment.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin or catalog_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Success Dashboard > Getting Started > Success Dashboard > Catalog Item fulfilment level.
    2. Select Configure.
    3. Select the catalog item for which you want to set the fulfillment automation level.
    4. Select Update as Fully automated.
