Success Dashboard indicators user roles and responsibilities

Leaders and process owners of both ITSM and HR can configure and use the Success Dashboard indicators to measure the success of the implementation.

The Success Dashboard indicators roles and the tasks are uniform across Service groups; ITSM or HR. The following are the user roles and responsibilities:

As a dashboard admin, you can: Configure the dashboard settings Manage KPIs by adding or removing a contributing indicator. Share the dashboard	sn_sd.success_dashboard_admin
As an IT leader or process owner, you can View the dashboard and KPIs View the breakdowns at a high level Share the dashboard	sn_sd.success_dashboard_read
As a process owner, you can View the dashboard and KPIs View the breakdowns at record-level Share the dashboard	sn_sd.success_dashboard_details_read Note: To view the transactions in this level, you must have the sn_sd.success_dashboard_details_read access to the records of the table.
