  • Identify and add the automation opportunities that lead to faster incident resolutions using Virtual Agent.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_sd.success_dashboard_details_read

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Success Dashboard > Success Dashboard.
    2. Access the automation discovery report.
      1. Select the Performance overview tab.
      2. Select Insights (Insights icon) on the contextual side panel.
      3. On the Automation opportunities card, select View in Automation Discovery.
        The list of automation opportunities for Virtual Agent is displayed.
    3. Select a topic to be added to Virtual Agent, and then select Add to VA.

    Result

    The list of topics are now added to the as the opportunities for Virtual Agent for faster incident resolution.
