Manage work with ITSM Mobile Agent

  • As a member of a shift, view your upcoming shifts, request time off, and accomplish daily tasks related to your schedule.

    My work application in the ITSM Mobile Agent app has the On-Call Scheduling applet to view your upcoming shifts and request time-off. You can also view the members of your group available on call.

    Table 1. On-call schedule actions- Upcoming shifts
    Action Description
    Tap on Upcoming shifts View all upcoming shifts for the current month. The shift are grouped based on the events. Multiple-day event are displayed at the top.
    Swipe left on the shift card Request a time-off for the shift.
    Tap on the shift card View details for the shift like the group, roster, start time, and end time.
    Tap Request time-off Request a time-off for the shift.
    Tap the icon-inv-menuicon. Changes the view of the calendar from monthly to daily.

    Tap on Time-off requests View a list of time-off requests divided into pending and completed requests.
    Tap the filter icon Filter the time-off requests.
    Tap the menu icon Request time off from the Time-off requests screen.
    Tap a pending time-off request View the details of the request.
    Tap Cancel time-off Cancel the time-off by clicking YES on the confirmation message.

    Tap on Who is on-call View a form that lets you select a group from a list of groups.
    Tap the right arrow View the list of groups that should be on-call in a schedule.
    Select a group Select a group from the list of groups and click the arrow to view who is on-call for the schedule.
