Activities to clean up after migration

  • After you complete your main migration, you must do some manual clean-up to make your instance similar to the base version of problem management.

    Manual clean-up involves the following activities:
    • Reactivate problem state models
    • Remove old module menus
    • Remove old filters
    • Remove old UI actions
    • Remove old business rules
    • Remove old UI policies
    • Update the dashboard overview
    • Reset problem form layouts
