Activate Predictive Intelligence for
Incident Management by requesting the Predictive Intelligence for Incident Management
plugin (com.snc.incident.ml_solution) through the Now Support Service
Catalog.
Before you begin
Predictive Intelligence for Incident Management requires a separate
subscription from the rest of the ServiceNow AI Platform.
To purchase a subscription, contact your ServiceNow account manager. When you purchase a subscription, certain
plugins are activated automatically. If a plugin doesn't appear in the instance, submit a
request via the Now Support Service Catalog.

Navigate to .

On the All Applications page, select Request Plugin to
open the Activate Plugin form on Now Support.

On Now Support, select the link to access the Now Support
Service Portal
Service Catalog.

On the form, fill in the fields.

Note: Plugins are activated in two batches, once in the
