Assign the Major incident manager (major_incident_manager) role to existing users to manage, analyze, and resolve major incidents.
About this task
As a Major incident manager (major_incident_manager), you can do the following actions:
- Promote a major incident candidate to a major incident.
- Create a major incident candidate.
- Manage the major incident process and resolve major incidents.
Before you begin
You must activate the Major Incident Management plugin in Service Operations Workspace. For more information, see Activate Major Incident Management in Service Operations Workspace.
Role required: admin
