    • Use the Create new form to create an on-call shift in Service Operations Workspace. If you select the Create new option on the Schedules page, provide the following field details.

    Table 1. Create new form
    Field Description
    Shift name Name for the shift.
    All day shift Toggle for all-day commitment.
    Shift starts Date and time the shift begins.
    Shift ends Date and time the shift ends.
    Repeats Shift repetition.
    Available options:
    • Never
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    Every Repetition of the shift. The display depends on the time frame selected in the Repeats field.
    More options
    Timezone User timezone.
    Holiday schedule Schedule to use for the holiday.
    Repeats until Date and time to end repetition.
