Join or leave a conference call from Twilio in Service Operations Workspace

    • Join an existing Twilio conference call to participate in a discussion to resolve an incident. You can leave the call without affecting other participants.

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Select the List (List icon) icon.
    3. Select Incidents > Open.
    4. Select the incident record that has an active conference call.
    5. Select the Collaborate (Collaborate icon) icon from the contextual side panel.
    6. Select the Calls tab.
    7. Select the active call card.
    8. Join or leave the call.
      • To join the call, select Join call.
      • To leave the call, select Leave call.
