Edit On-call team preference using Teams menu

  • Use the Teams menu to edit the on-call preferences for a selected team.

    Before you begin

    Role required: rota_manager, rota_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operation Workspace.
    2. Select Teams Teams from the left navigation pane.
    3. Select a team card to open.
    4. Select On-call team preferences from the header.
      Edit on-call preference
    5. Select an On-call shift managers from the list menu.
    6. Select an option for PTO requests from the list menu.
    7. Select an option for Preferred start day of the week from the list menu.
      Note:
      This option is available for Washington DC and later release only.
    8. Select an option for Allow shift schedule overlap from the list menu.
    9. Select an option for Escalation rule on shift overlap for the list menu.
    10. Select Save.
