Setting up investigation framework using Agent Client Collector for Investigation
Set up the Investigation Framework in Service Operations Workspace using the Agent Client Collector for Investigation adapter to enable the display of the CI metrics information on the Investigation tab of the Incident records.
You must ensure that the following requirements are met:
- Install the Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications (sn_sow_itsm_cont) application from the ServiceNow Store. For information about this installation, see Install Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications.
- Install the Agent Client Collector for Investigation Application. For more information, see
