  • Setting up Service Operations Workspace helps an agent get started with using its features and capabilities.

    1. Procure ITSM Standard license or above for ServiceNow IT Service Management applications.
    2. Install Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications from ServiceNow® Store. For information about this installation, see Install Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications.
