  • Admin Console for Task Intelligence for ITSM provides you with an interface to create, train, access, set preferences, deploy, and monitor predictive models used for incident predictions and categorization.

    ServiceNow® Task Intelligence for ITSM admin console supports the following features:
    • Define the purpose of the solution model and set its prediction preferences and behavior. Then train the model with your data, and deploy it to predict and recommend incident fields.
    • Use the incident field information to help categorize incidents and reduce the incident handle time for agents.
    • Track and monitor the performance of the deployed model.
    • Edit the deployed model based on its performance results, then train and deploy the model again.
