- Define the purpose of the solution model and set its prediction preferences and behavior. Then train the model with your data, and deploy it to predict and recommend incident fields.
- Use the incident field information to help categorize incidents and reduce the incident handle time for agents.
- Track and monitor the performance of the deployed model.
- Edit the deployed model based on its performance results, then train and deploy the model again.
