Access information related to your vendors using the Vendor Management Mobile application

Look up information related to your vendors such as incidents or outages created for your vendors or breached SLAs.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_vlm.vendor_manager

Procedure

1. Log into your Vendor Management Mobile application on your mobile device.
2. Do any of the following.

   To access	Do this
   Information about your vendors	Tap My Vendors. To contact a vendor, tap the vendor record and then tap Primary Contact Details. The vendor's contact appears.
   Incidents created for your vendors	Tap My Vendor Incidents. You can see the vendor details and activity streams for each incident.
   Outages created for your vendors	Tap My Vendor Outages. You can view the list of outages. Click on an outage to view outage details and the affected CIs for services and offerings.
   SLAs breached by the vendor	Tap My Vendors Breached SLA.
